Was feeling really sleepy tonight and I was really tempted to skip my evening walk.  Hard to drag myself out of bed and put on my brand new track shoes (yep!  bought a nice new pair over the weekend) and go for my walk.  In the end, felt quite proud that I didn't skip my walk for the day.  I really need to put my heart into it and get these daily exercises up.  As the doctor mentioned, I've really been living a sedentary lifestyle for many years so it's an uphill task trying to get into the rhythm of regular exercising.  Supposed to keep this up for about another 2 weeks before I 'graduate' to more stuff.  Kinda looking foward to that. :)
