Reasonably busy day. Had a couple of meetings to attend then rushed off for a dinner appt. Today, it was fairly easy to get into the exercise mood. Came home at about 10pm, immediately changed to my track shoes and went for my walk. I seem to be able to manage the pace a little better now. Actually, I think I'm walking at a fast pace and covering my distances faster. Might have to consider changing my route so that I can get in at least 30min of walking time. I love my new New Balance shoes. Definitely more comfortable than my ill-fitting Nikes.
