Wow... another bumper walking day! It's due mainly to the fact that I had a presentation and in the evening I went out for dinner and some shopping. I'm also quite glad that I've more or less overcome the mental barrier of doing a daily exercise. But there is still some inertia coz I tend to be quite tired in the evenings. I'm of course a little concerned coz I'm off to Japan soon and since it is winter, I probably can't do my nightly walks. The upside to that is that I will however be doing plenty of walking through the day since I am on tour so it might make up for it. But I will TRY! It'll be sad to break the momentum that I've gathered in the last two weeks. I'm hoping for some good changes/improvements after my trip.
