2nd week in Japan.
I've been pretty good so far. Meals usually involve only a bowl of rice instead of the usual 2 or 3, especially when I am travelling. I have not taken any very sweet drinks since Japan has a nice variety of low sugar/low cal drinks. It's been also quite tiring as I've been chalking up a decent number of steps almost everyday.
However, I admit that I've had a bit of a weak spot when it comes to Yakitori... I've been hungering for some and today, when I visited a temple, they were having a festival celebration... and there wer Yakitori stalls!! I gave in and ended up eating two pork yakitoris, one chicken and a nice big piece of squid.. :P OK.. I did try to make it up by not having lunch. :) And dinner was quite vegetarian. lolz.
Here's my step count for the week:

10 Nov - 11985 steps

12 Nov - 11850 steps
13 Nov - 10780 steps
14 Nov - 19204 steps
15 Nov - 26030 steps
That makes an avergae of 15680 steps. Nice. But boy... do my feet hurt!
