Just got back from my sports therapy session and wow... my weigh-in came in at 124.5kg! That's quite a morale booster. I've been a little disappointed the last few days when I noticed that my weight was hovering around 126kg. Wonder why there was a sudden drop? I am trying to be a little more careful with my meals. I tend to eat until full so I'm trying to just eat a little less, like 1/4 less rice or something like that.
As far as exercise is concerned, I think it's going on reasonably fine. I recently purchased a Wii Fit so that I could have some exercise at home too! How hard core is that! lolz.
I'm just hoping 124.5kg is not a one-day thing. Let's see how the next couple of days go.
