One thing that I've been quite amazed with is that I've not fallen ill since I started on the exercise and diet programme. That's more than 5 months without catching flu or a cold. Well, the healthy streak might just be over. I'm feeling like I'm coming down with a cold. I've been sneezing at work at my nose is a kinda stuffed up. I'm really hoping I don't fall sick coz it will definitely affect my daily workout routine. That would certainly be a waste since I've just recently started upping my frequency by including nightly walk & jogs.
Gonna take some panadol and actifed and then hit the sack. Here's keeping my fingers crossed.
