Reaching Burnout?

For the last two days, it has been getting tougher and tougher to get off my butt to go to the gym.  I'm not sure if I'm simply reaching a burnout stage after the last 4-5 months of fairly intensive exercising.  I've tried to overcome it by upping my exercise a little.  On top of the usual 30mins elliptical and 30mins swimming, I've tried to go for a 60min walk in the evenings.  The nice thing about taking a walk in the late evening is that I find myself having a pretty good night's sleep after that.

Come to think of it, hitting below 100kg is really within sight right now.  I'm weighing in at about 114kg today which means it's only about 15kg to go.  If I can keep up this rate of losing about 1.5 to 2kg a week, I will hit my target in 7 to 10 weeks!  That's quite exhilirating.

But for the immediate situation, I need to overcome this increasing sense of lethargy.  I'm so worried that I might slip up and just let myself go.  I've always been the impatient sort and I guess losing about 33kg since I first started barely 6 mths ago is already a pretty decent progress.  Really need to keep myself focussed and control the snacking impulses. :S
