Fighting back a cold
I've been trying hard to fight back a cold. My nose has been runny and my throat has been sore but so far, no fever, cough or phlegm. I've been pushing on with my nightly walk 'n jogs. In fact, I've been able to put in 10 to 20mins of slow jogging into my walks. It feels really good to be actually able to do some jogging. It's been years, almost 20 years in fact, since I've actually done any serious jogging. I'm thinking of aiming to take part in some marathon, maybe at the end of the year. That would really be the culmination of what I've been working on in the last few months. But for now, I think I should keep my sight on my first goal.... double digit weight...
