As a lead-up to the 6 km Dow Live Earth Run this week, I decided to just do a 2.4km run but to try for a personal best instead. I'm pretty glad to say that this is probably the first time I've done a sub-14min 2.4km run.
I don't think I should push myself too hard when it comes to speed coz I think I'll risj straining my knee but it's nice to be able to go below the 14min mark for my 2.4km.
Now, it's on to the 6km run this Sunday.
